La diversidad sexual: Reto de la sociedad cubana

This article works on a set of empirical-methodological procedures of informative and reeducational influences, aimed at treating gender diversity in contemporary society. It is oriented about the behavior of the population in general, facing certain issues related to the subject, as well as the treatment that these manifestations have in the contemporary world and the different legal systems. It is novel to note that the article shows the theoretical systematization supported by the theoretical-conceptual argumentation, as well as the use of interviews and surveys. The existing triad between sexual preferences, Cuban society and the treatment that people are given from the legal documents established in Cuba is described. En el presente artículo se trabaja un conjunto de procedimientos empíricos-metodológicos de influencias informativas y reeducativas, dirigidas al tratamiento de la diversidad de género en la sociedad contemporánea. Se orienta acerca del proceder de la población en general, frente a determinadas cuestiones relacionadas con el tema, así como el tratamiento que poseen estas manifestaciones en el mundo contemporáneo y los diferentes ordenamientos jurídicos. Es novedoso destacar que en el artículo se aprecia la sistematización teórica sustentada en la argumentación teórico-conceptual, así como el empleo de entrevistas y encuestas. Se describe la tríada existente entre preferencias sexuales, sociedad cubana y el tratamiento que se les brinda a las personas desde los documentos jurídicos legales establecidos en Cuba.
