Red de comunicación que coadyuve a la emisión de comprobantes electrónicos de los mercados municipales de la ciudad de Cuenca

Failure to comply with these general provisions leads to financial penalties for merchants. There are currently 126,668 taxpayers adhered to the electronic invoicing process, of which 9.93% are in the testing phase to enter electronic invoicing. The average number of electronic vouchers issued in a single day is 3,111,934. Given the importance of electronic invoicing, the amount of information or average transactions per day and the growth that telecommunications networkshave had, this research aims to describe the communications network, processes and benefits for merchants of markets of the city of Cuenca, taking ETAPA EP as the internet access service provider, which covers more than 71% of city subscribers. A qualitative -descriptive research is presented through the presentation of the architectural design of the data network, for its subsequent analysis of electronic invoicing as a means of solution with economic, administrative and ecological benefits. Having a communication network design in the municipal markets of the city of Cuenca, for the issuance of electronic vouchers, benefits merchants and users, allowing them to comply with the provisions of the entity of tax regulation and control.
