Zusammenfassung: | The research aims to investigate the specifics of the organization of work of teachers who work in a virtual environment, from the perspective of psychodynamic, in order to reflect on the intensification of teachers’ work in the context of new communication technologies and information. The organization of work consists of the prescribed elements that express the concepts and practices of personnel management and labor present in the locus of production. The study was conducted with ten teachers who work in distance education mediated by the Internet. Semi-structured individual interviews were conducted on the basis of work organization. The results were evaluated using the technique of the Center for Analysis of Meaning. The organization of work study shows stiffness in the aspect of class planning and flexibility in the organization of working time. It is noticed that the teachers’ work has investigated how central feature of the work demands that students have every day. Thus, there is no time fixed for the completion of tasks. The teaching activity is mediated by the Internet in the field of various technological tools that can effectively accomplish the main task of the teacher’s work, which is to provide teaching of students. Note that, in the virtual environment, there is an extension of the work of teachers in relation to activities that usually hold traditional classroom education. This is noticeable in the aspects of the new technologies of communication and information, and the ability to make the teaching-learning process mediated by these new technologies.
Este estudio tiene como objetivo investigar los detalles de la organización del trabajo de los profesores que trabajan en un ambiente virtual, desde la perspectiva de la psicodinámica, con el fin de reflexionar sobre la intensificación de la labor docente en el contexto de nuevas tecnologías de comunicación e información. La organización del trabajo consta de los elementos establecidos que expresan los conceptos y prácticas de gestión de personal presente en el lugar de producción. El estudio se realizó con diez profesores que trabajan en la educación a distancia mediada por Internet. Entrevistas individuales semi estructuradas se llevaron a cabo, sobre la base de la organización del trabajo. Los resultados fueron evaluados a través del uso de la técnica del Centro de Análisis del Significado.
