materia educativa desde la perspectiva de género. En específico se analizará el problema de segregación en
las aulas y la Ley Orgánica 2/2006 del 4 de mayo en materia de educación (LOE) así como la ley Orgánica
3/2007 para la igualdad efectiva entre hombres y mujeres. La investigación es de tipo documental, analítico –
sintético. Del análisis de casos concretos establecidos a través de jurisprudencias sobre la segregación en la
educación y de la legislación española en esta materia pudo evidenciarse que la separación diferenciada por
sexo en torno al ámbito educativo no constituye una discriminación por razón de sexo |
