Zusammenfassung: | Introduction. The Burnout syndrome (SB) also call «to be
burned» syndrome or professional wears away, is considered
as the outpost phase of professional stress and takes place,
when the expectations between the professional scope
and the reality of the daily work are unbalanced. For the
achievement of the objectives is consider the model of the
psychodynamic nursing of Hildegard Peplau. The study s
objective is to identify the BS in its three components, and
the psycho-social factors in the personnel of nursing.
Material and methods. It is a quantitative, cross-sectional
study; a census was conducted in 31 nursing professionals,
who have to their oncológic patient care. The BS was meansured
by of the Maslach Burnout Inventory, in their validated
in Spanish version. The scale consists of 22 ítems and three
dimensions, the Guide of Identification of the negative Psycho-social Factors in the work area, that consists of a list of
agents grouped in 4 areas.
Results. It is observed that of the total of nurses interviewed,
83% belongs to feminine sex, 48% referred to be
married and 51% are on category of general nurses, in
agreement with the results obtained for the scale of burnout,
this was syncrone was absent like the psycho-social
factors.
Conclusions. In the present study we have not observed
greater incidence of burnout, between professionals whom
have to his oncology patient care, which allows to take I
finish well-taken care of psicodimamica infirmary, with a
greater opportunity to understand the own conduct, and
the human responses of the patients. Rev. CONAMED
Introducción. El síndrome de Burnout (SB) también llamado
síndrome de «estar quemado» o desgaste profesional, se
considera como la fase avanzada de estrés profesional y se
produce cuando se desequilibran las expectativas entre el
ámbito profesional y la realidad del trabajo diario. Para el logro
de los objetivos, se consideró el modelo de la enfermería
psicodinámica de Hildegard Peplau. El objetivo del estudio
es identificar el SB en sus tres componentes y los factores
psicosociales en el personal de enfermería.
Metodología. Es un estudio cuantitativo, transversal. Se
realizó un censo en 31 profesionales de enfermería, quienes
tienen a su cuidado a pacientes oncológicos. El SB se
midió mediante el Maslach Burnout Inventory, en su versión
validada en español. La escala consiste en 22 ítems y tres
dimensiones así como la Guía de Identificación de los Factores
