description | This dataset contains a continuous measurement of ECG, chest-mounted accelerometer, and continuous interstitial glucose measurement for 2 healthy participants while performing daily activities over ~4 days. The glucose data was collected from Free Style Libera, and Bittium Faros 180 was used to collect ECG and Acceleration data. Each subject folder contains CGM and ECG subfolders. The CGM subfolder contains the CGM reading as a CSV file with a frequency of 1 reading every 15 min. The ECG subfolder it contains the ECG, and accelerometer data in EDF format, where the ECG data was collected at 250 Hz, and accelerometer was collected at 100 Hz frequency. The full data (61 subjects) and the code will be fully opened upon the acceptance of the paper and upon the verification of the Editor-in-Chief/Associate Editor of the journal. |
