Replication Data for: Role of renal venous oxygen pressure for renal function monitoring after related living-donor kidney transplantation cohort study

This was a single-center prospective cohort study aiming to explore the correlation between renal venous oxygen pressure taken directly from the renal vein after declamping the renal artery and serum creatinine, urinary volume, and glomerular filtration rate five days after kidney transplantation. description This was a single-center prospective cohort study aiming to explore the correlation between renal venous oxygen pressure taken directly from the renal vein after declamping the renal artery and serum creatinine, urinary volume, and glomerular filtration rate five days after kidney transplantation. Forty two patients participated in this study and their data associated with the study listed above are provided in this dataset. All participants provided their written informed consent forms to participate in this study and data sharing. Individual patient data has been de-identified and identifiers in the ID column consist of newly generated and randomly assigned number that do not match the original order of enrollment in the study, thus not matching identifiers used in the original dataset. Information about how variables were collected and operationalized can be consulted in the associated paper above and the dataset dictionary within the excel file, respectively.
