Character matrices and tree in nexus format from Evolution and development of the cetacean skull roof: a case study in novelty and homology

Includes two separate data matrices. The first includes the codings for all species and the tree we used to map these characters. The second includes codings at the specimen level to illustrate how composite species codings in the other matrix were created.
