Zusammenfassung:This dataset was generated in an in vivo systems toxicology study where the impact of exposure to cigarette smoke and e-vapor aerosols on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems of ApoE -/-mice was studied. The respiratory nasal epithelium transcriptome was characterized using a GeneChip Mouse Genome 430 2.0 Array and scanned using a 3000 7G GeneChip® scanner. This dataset contains the statistics resulting from the comparison of treatment and control groups.
