Zusammenfassung: | We report an annotation table for premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) in a CUZU-PVC dataset. The CUZU-PVC set consists of 655 12-channel ECG recordings selected from the Chapman University and Ningbo First Hospital of Zhejiang University dataset [1]. Files published here are named as in [1] and signal rhythms are available in the corresponding annotation table. It includes all 301 recordings labelled to contain PVCs and 354 recordings labelled not to contain PVCs. CUZU-PVC signals have the following heart rhythms: sinus rhythm, atrial fibrillation, sinus tachycardia, sinus bradycardia, atrial tachycardia, atrial flutter and atrioventricular node reentrant tachycardia. Our medical team composed of four cardiologists (three of them electrophysiologists) have annotated positions of R points and PVCs in the whole dataset. This resulted in 614 PVC beats annotated in 279 signals.
