Zusammenfassung: | High takeoff of the coronary artery is an extremely rare anomaly and is associated with sudden cardiac death. An accurate preoperative evaluation using coronary computed tomography and aggressive reconstructive surgery resulted in successful outcomes without complications over a two-year postoperative period. |
