The method detection limit was 0.05 ng/l and relative standard deviations of repeated analysis were in the range of 3.7-6.1 %. The method was applied to the environment seawater samples in the Osaka Bay. The concentrations of irgarol 1051 were in the range of 0.4.3.6 ng/l. |
