Presupuesto por resultados en el desempeño laboral del personal administrativo en Hospital Lircay

Results-based budgeting is a public management strategy that links resource allocation to measurable results to improve the well-being of the population. This study investigates the relationship between budget allocation and the job performance of the administrative staff of Lircay Hospital in 2023. A non-experimental correlational methodology was applied, using surveys to collect data from 95 employees, of which 76 were selected as a sample.
