Zusammenfassung:Results-based budgeting is a public management strategy that links resource allocation to measurable results to improve the well-being of the population. This study investigates the relationship between budget allocation and the job performance of the administrative staff of Lircay Hospital in 2023. A non-experimental correlational methodology was applied, using surveys to collect data from 95 employees, of which 76 were selected as a sample. Spearman's coefficient was used to assess the correlation between the dimensions of budget allocation and job performance. The results showed a significant positive correlation (rs=67.7%, p=0.000
