It is identified that land-tax-reform and new institution of the park had big influence on changes of space, and finally they urge to exclude the vulgarness from sites and to simplify the land use inside of Meisho. The new Meisho include new species such as structures which wear the meanings of center of the nation, and things related to Imperial-Family. And through analysis of processes of their establishment, new method for recognition as Meisho is clarified
