Zusammenfassung:INTRODUCTION: This study was conducted to determine the ideas of bachelor's degree nurses with formal education and undergraduate nursing students receiving distance education about the bachelor's degree completion program. METHODS: This is a descriptive study. Of the nurses in the hospital where the study was conducted, 426 bachelor's degrees and 169 continuing distance education were given survey forms. RESULTS: Of the nurses receiving formal education, 32.6% supported their colleagues who started distant education, and 62% did not find completing the bachelor's degree program necessary. According to the nurses receiving distant education, a significant difference was found between the ideas of nurses receiving formal education due to their colleagues and managers on the bachelor's degree completion program. The nurses receiving formal education stated that distance education is an easy way, is not fair to bachelor's degree nurses with formal education and will reduce the quality of nursing education.
