Possible Induction of Autophagy and Apoptosis by a Novel 17-Beta-Estradiol Analogue in Esophageal Carcinoma Cells

Compound C19 was tested on the esophageal carcinoma SNO cell line. Results showed induction of apoptosis and autophagy induced by C19. This contributes towards understanding its action.
