Zusammenfassung:It has recently been reported that the incidence of malignancy is high in hemodialysis patients. We report a case of continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis complicated with IgA myeloma, multiple bone fractures and liver failure. IgA myeloma was treated with cyclophosphamide, and the level of cyclophosphamide in serum was measured during hemodialysis treatment.
