STUDY ON HLA-A AND B INTERLOCUS SPECIFICITY (A9 AND Bw4) DETECTED BY MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY
HLA-A, B interlocus monoclonal antibody reacting against A9 and Bw4 was reported in the 9th international Histcompatibility Workshop. We prodused three HLA-A, B interlocus monoclonal antibodies, TOK45-3A, TOK45-3B, TOK45-3C, reacting against HLA-A9 (A23, A24) and Bw4 by the immunization of EBV-trans...

Zusammenfassung: | HLA-A, B interlocus monoclonal antibody reacting against A9 and Bw4 was reported in the 9th international Histcompatibility Workshop. We prodused three HLA-A, B interlocus monoclonal antibodies, TOK45-3A, TOK45-3B, TOK45-3C, reacting against HLA-A9 (A23, A24) and Bw4 by the immunization of EBV-transfomed human B-lymphoblastoid cell line TOK (HLA-A24, Bw52, Bw4, Cw-, DR2, DQw1, DP-Cp63 homozygous cell). It is not yet clear whether the HLA-A and B interlocus antigen in a pulblic antigen or independent antigen drived from another HLA gene. The monoclonal antibody TOK45-3A reacted with the platelets or granulocytes. It is also suggested that the blood transfusion must be under consideration with the HLA-A and B interlocus antigen. |
