In the metachronous multiple cases, the characters of multiple polyps were stronger than those in synchronous multiple cases. Polyps of multiple cases had the tendency of occurrence in the same and neighbored area. The average interval of metachronous multiple cases was 17.7 months, especially that of cancers was 35 months.
