Zusammenfassung: | Incarcerated hemorrhoids are conditions in which acute exacerbation of hemorrhoids with severe pain and swelling caused by sudden stagnation of blood and lymph flows in all the circumferences of internal and external hemorrhoidal varices. There have been 3 methodologies for the treatment ; 1. radical operation is performed after some period of the conservative treatment 2. the conservative treatment is enough to allay the status and 3. instantaneous operation is preferable for the well-being of the patients and it can be performed with good without serious complications. Such meticulous operation as anoderm-preserving hemorrhoidectomy which is performed for usual hemorrhoids is also feasible for the incarcerated hemorrhoids with the same healing process as with usual hemorrhoids without any serious complications such as having been reported as phlebitis and sepsis. |
