Acording to these data, energy expenditure during the postoperative period in colorectal cancer patients increased by 19.2 % when caloric intake was about BEE, and npRQ showed 1 when caloric intake and caloric sufficiency was 30.7 kcal/kg and 0.96 (27.2 kcal/kg as CAL IN), respectively. These results indicate the best energy intake for on elective operation in colorectal cancer was about 27.230.7 kcal/kg.
