description There is no doubt that lots of people have suffered from the haemorrhoid, however, all of its entity has not been cleared yet. Author investigated the occurrence rate in 1.000 persons who were selected at random from 10, 000 people in health check. As a result, its morbidity reached 72.9% including those suffered in the past. I have suggested the cause exists in passive stagnation of haemorrhoidal veins and especially the strain for defecation as regarded to be seriously related to it. By the survey, this ratiocination was proved by the fact that there were clear difference in the duaration of strain between the haemorrhoid patients and the no-haemorrhoid people. Considering these fact and the change of hemodynamics as the cause of hemorrhoid, the improvement of hemodynamics by the local temperature changes in the rectum was studied. This results were applied on clinical patient as a new attempt for hemorrhoid treatment obtaining the beneficial effects.
