With the help of computers, the Ishihara sheet in manipulation using pseudocoloring. Ishihara sheet used as a digital image with RGB format and then to convert to his format, the format of this HIS hue value is shifted or replaced with other colors in accordance with the original image color contrast. After testing result, can provide a comparison between the original image with manipulation pseudocoloring Ishihara.

Abstrak
Tes buta warna sangat dibutuhkan bagi sebagian orang yang di haruskan untuk melakukan beberapa tes ketika melamar sebuah pekerjaan atau mau masuk Perguruan Tingggi. Menguji seseorang buta warna menggunakan tes Ishihara, tes Ishihara menggunakan lembaran yang didalamnya terdapat titik-titik dengan berbagai warna dan ukuran. Titik berwarna tersebut disusun sehingga membentuk lingkaran. Karena lembaran Ishihara ini sering digunakan, sehingga akan menyebabkan perubahan warna pada lembaran tersebut. Akan menyebabkan hasil tes buta warna kurang akurat. Dengan bantuan komputer, lembaran Ishihara tersebut di manipulasi menggunakan pseudocoloring. Lembaran Ishihara dijadikan citra digital dengan format RGB, kemudian di-konversikan ke format HIS, pada format HIS ini nilai hue digeser atau diganti dengan warna lain sesuai dengan kontras warna citra asli. Setelah dilakukan uji coba diperoleh hasil, dapat memberikan perbandingan antara citra asli Ishihara dengan manipulasi pseudocoloring.
