Electric properties of thin-film composite resistors on the basis of CuInSe2-MnSe and CuInSe2-FeSe chalcopyrite compounds

The varistor effect was observed in composites on the basis of a nonpolar polymer (polyethylene) and the CuInSe 2 chalcopyrite phase. The obtained experimental results are explained in terms of the transfer of current carriers in polycrystalline structures.
