Characteristics of Cavity-Stabilized Flames in a Supersonic Flow
Two characteristics of flames that are stabilized in a directly fueled rectangular cavity are reported in this Note. They are (1) the flame location within the cavity at different fueling rates and (2) the qualitative effect of heat release in the cavity on flow oscillations.
