Studies on the milk secreted before parturition
Composition of Holstein cow's milk secreted before parturition is more than normal milk and variable. Only fat content in its milk increase as the parturition draws near and by mean of increasing grade of fat content, specific gravity and viscosity is able to foreknow parturition of cow.
