Variables used in this study were cocoa production as dependent variable and land area, labor, manure and phonska fertilizer as independent variables. The results showed that the chocolate production in Nagari Balimbing is influenced jointly by land area and labor with determination coefficient 98.2%. While  manure and phonska do not affect the cocoa production significantly
