Zusammenfassung: | Highly dispersed Ni powders for based metal electrode (BME) for multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLC), prepared by carbonyl process and wet chemical process, have been realized by means of noble pulverization and dispersion technique. Carbonyl Ni powders have relatively large particle size and a strong oxidation-resistance property. Therefore, they are suitable for BME with small capacitance MLC with low active layer (>100 layers).
