The Business Environment and Enterprise Performance Survey (BEEPS II 2002) has gathered on a variety of topics from23 transition economies. This paper uses the BEEPS data to examine the perceptions of Corruption and State Capture in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. |
