5.3: Invited Paper: Pure Aluminum Metal as an Anode for High Performance OLEDs

OLEDs with pure aluminum anode were successfully fabricated due to the introduction of a new hole injection material. The devices show every practical performance including low driving voltage, long device lifetime and high uniformity.
