Zusammenfassung: | At this time, public awareness about health is getting higher. According to www.kemenkes.go.id in 2019, Public Health Development Index (IPKM) nationally has increased in the last 5 years. This study aims to determine the difference before and after the implementation of Patient-Centered Care (PCC) at a Hospital in Central Java as a basis for assessing hospital readiness. This study was divided into two groups of patients, namely the treatment group and the control group. The two groups came from the same hospital of origin, the difference was only in the time of data collection. Both groups were given pre-test and post-test. Respondents from both the treatment group and the control group each amounted to 12 people for patients and for Child Care Professionals (PPA) using a saturated sample, where the population was also used as a sample.
