In this context, the use of blockchain technology in the food supply chain, its advantages and disadvantages and today's application examples were examined by making a literature review. As a result of the study, it has been seen that blockchain technology provides significant added value to the food supply chain and is a solution to many problems of today's traditional supply chain.
