There was no correlation between the level of knowledge, attitudes and practices of the nurses about the use of physical restraint and their attitudes towards the elderly.Conclusion: It was found that the knowledge level of the nurses about the use of physical restraints wkaas good, their attitudes were positive and their practices were sufficient, and their attitudes towards the elderly were positive. It is thought that intensive care nurses consider physical restraint practice as a part of the care to ensure the safety of the elderly patient.
