Zusammenfassung:Positional skull deformity (P.D.) is a frequent occurrence in neonates and infants, and most of them go unnoticed for lack of awareness. Severe deformity may lead to physical facial deformity and long-term neurological issues. Early detection and timely management are the keys to managing the condition. The evolution of newer digital technology like three-dimensional (3D) scanners improved the diagnosis accuracy and treatment process. Early initiation of physical therapy along with Cranial Remodeling Orthosis (Cranial Helmet) has shown to be effective in treating P.D. and preventing the development of complications.
