Futhermore, the biochemical quantitation has been given. The results show that there is no toxic damage to the histological structure and enzyme activity and distribution of rat kidney by administration of SVATE-3 in the low dose. But in high dose, the filter membrane of the kidney was damaged and the activity of Mg-ATPase were decreased. This suggests that we should pay more attention to SVATE-3′s toxicological threshold value when using it and get safe treatment.
