A Novel One Step Synthesis of trans-1,4,6,9-tetraazabicyclo[4.4.0]decane over TiO2/Zeolite Composite Photocatalysts

A novel one step intermolecular cyclization of ethanol and ethylenediamine towards the formation of trans-1,4,6,9-tetraazabicyclo[4.4.0]decane (TAD) 3 has been achieved for the first time over TiO2/zeolite composite photocatalysts using solar/artificial light at ambient temperature.
