Hypothekarische Sukzession
What does 'hypothekarische Sukzession' mean? One pledgee is replaced by another, who paid the sum owed by the debtor. The Roman sources use the word succedere. But the cases are different. Not all of them should be spoken of as 'hypothekarische Sukzession'.
