Zusammenfassung: | An anode microstructure controlled solid oxide fuel cell was successfully fabricated by low temperature process and the maximum power density of the cell was 33mW/cm2 at 600 degree C. The LSGM electrolyte thin film was available by post-annealing at 1000 degree C after deposition using radio frequency magnetron sputtering. Thus, the sintering temperature of the anode support could be reduced. The porosity and the diameter of Ni and ScSZ particles were 55% and 0.23 μm and 0.14 μm when the anode support was fabricated by sintering at 1100 degree C and adding 10 wt. % of the pore former. The wider area of three phase boundary is obtained by the low temperature process. |
