description Childhood obesity is a common social problem of this century, especially in urban settings. Overweight and obesity are the 5th driving risk for disease worldwide. The aim of selecting this topic is social changes given diet, lifestyle, and physical activities by the development of a user-friendly yet handy, useful tool against childhood obesity. A quasi-experimental research design will be used. Subjects will be allocated to intervention and comparison groups by convenience sampling technique. The pre-test will be taken on the 1st day, the 1st post-test will be taken on the 30th day and the 2nd will be on the 90th day. Anthropometric measurements, CDC growth chart, children physical activity questionnaire, and children nutrition questionnaire were used to collect data. A schematic differential satisfaction scale will be used for the satisfaction of parents. If the intervention will give effective results, it may apply in child care to combat childhood overweight and obesity.
