Zusammenfassung: | Gold nanoparticles were supported over activated carbon (AC) and glasswool (GW), and were tested for their catalytic activity. The catalytic activity of supported and unsupported gold nanoparticles in the hydrogen evolution reaction of sodium borohydride solution was compared against the catalytic activity of uncoated AC and GW supports. Data suggests that the gold nanoparticle supports over AC are more efficient at generating hydrogen than GW supports and non-coated substrates. |
