Field-Induced Strain of Chemically Prepared Pb(Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3 )O 3 -PbTiO 3 Ceramics
Field-induced strain and dielectric properties of Pb(Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3 )O 3 -PbTiO 3 ceramics, which are prepared via a wet-chemical process, are studied. The compositions containing 6∼8 mol% PbTiO 3 give a relatively large strain of 0.51∼0.68×10 -3 with small hysteresis at room temperature.
