description | The development of Photovoltaic Generating is increasing due to the introduction of Feed-in tariff. However, most of the local governments have no effective method to control its market and there would be a high possibility to arise the problems. Therefore, it might be necessary to reveal the relationship between its site characters and their own problems and to reconsider the strategy of the local government. In this study, firstly, the trends of development of Photovoltaic Generating were investigated based on the actual construction site and the hearing survey, and then, they were classified according to the city planning area and the previous land use. From the analysis, it was revealed that there are two main problems, that is, the concentration of the developments and the extent of the constructions outside the city planning area, and they brought about the further problems, such as an oversupply of electricity and a decline of farmland. |
