description | The effect of multiple reflection in the process of electron transport on the current-voltage characteristics of an adsorbed magnetic atom with single-ion anisotropy has been investigated. All orders of the perturbation theory with respect to the parameter of coupling between the contacts and the multilevel impurity have been taken into account by the Keldysh diagram technique with the use of Hubbard operators. It has been shown that the current-voltage characteristics of the system in a strongly nonequilibrium regime contains regions of negative differential conductance. The ways of enhancing this effect are discussed. |
