Comments on "Wideband Skin-Equivalent Phantom for V- and W-Band"

In this letter, we comment on a recent work that measured the dielectric properties of a 15-40 GHz skin phantom up to 100 GHz. The results present gelatin as a suitable material for skin-equivalent phantoms especially at millimeter-wave frequencies.
