Constituents of the Essential Oil of Meriandra bengalensis Benth. Leaves from India

The essential oil composition of the leaves of Meriandra bengalensis from India was analyzed by GC and GC/MS. Forty compounds were identified representing 97.4% of the oil. The most abundant compounds were linalool (68.4%), 1,8-cineole (17.4%) and α-terpineol (2.7%).
