Zusammenfassung:A three-axis 3-PRS principle parallel spindle head mechanism with Z, A and B motion is described. A rotational range greater than 90° can be obtained for A and B by appropriate parameter configuration and structure optimization. The 3-PRS spindle head is designed as an independent module that can be assembled to vertical, horizontal or tilted structure hybrid NC machine tools. Multi-posture vertical and horizontal machining can be realized.
