description Dielectric relaxation in the disordered ferroelectric-type materials of different kind is under consideration. We defined the common features of the dielectric spectra and phase transitions of this materials and propose to consider observed phenomena from common position as an intrinsic feature of disordered ferroelectric materials of different kind. Dielectric relaxation, phase transition diffusing and peculiarities of dielectric spectra are a consequence of frequency and temperature dependent dipole dynamics of the polar phase microregions (clusters) and interphase boundaries. The evidence of the electrical heterogeneity of some disordered ferroelectric materials was obtained by the Scanning Force Microscopy method with simultaneous measurement of the local surface potential distribution.
