Zusammenfassung:The fluorescence emission behavior of bioactive dietary polyphenols in serum albumin has been explored in order to understand their spectroscopic properties along with their binding characteristics using multi-spectroscopic and molecular docking studies. The dual emission character of kaempferol (KMP) within the serum albumin environment suggests that it can be used as a multi-wavelength fluorescent probe. Kaempferol can be used as a multi-wavelength fluorescent probe due to its dual emission characteristics in a serum albumin environment.
