The main requirement of triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) device is the necessity to have separable parts to harvest mechanical energy, thus complicating the integration into energy harvesting systems. Herein we show a volumetric triboelectric generator concept – triboelectric laminate (TEL) prepared entirely from PDMS, for conversion of acoustic and mechanical energy into electrical. |
