Zusammenfassung:High-throughput screening (HTS) is an ultra-high throughput tool that allows the identification of diverse, pharmaceutically active compounds in the early stages of drug discovery, by enabling chemists to screen reactions at micromole/nanomole scales. To eliminate the bottleneck arising from analysis of large libraries, Matrix Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization Mass Spectrometry (MALDI-MS) can be utilized as a compatible, ultra-fast, label-free, analysis tool.
